Enchantment Florist

I stopped by this local flower shop to pick up a bouquet for my grandmother's birthday, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The shop was bright, welcoming, and filled with fresh flowers in every color, making it hard to choose just one arrangement. The staff greeted me warmly and asked about the occasion, then helped me put together something that felt elegant and cheerful for a birthday celebration. They recommended a beautiful bouquet featuring pink roses, white lilies, bright gerbera daisies, and a few stems of alstroemeria, finished with fresh eucalyptus greenery. The combination looked vibrant without being overwhelming and felt like the perfect choice for celebrating such a special milestone. They arranged everything beautifully and wrapped the bouquet with care, making it look like a thoughtful gift before I even left the store. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right flowers instead of simply selling an arrangement. My grandmother absolutely loved the bouquet, and it really added something special to her birthday celebration. Overall, it was a wonderful shopping experience with fresh flowers, excellent service,

Do not trust the pictures on their website. I ordered the Simply Cheerful bouquet shown at $169. They asked if I wanted to upgrade to the deluxe for $200. I said yes and asked if they could include a birthday balloon. My wife received a horrible looking arrangement and no balloons. When I called to complain they argued and told me what they sent was an upgrade. You can be the judge. I would not order from this place ! Terrible flowers and worse customer service.

Excellent service. I’m in France, and I ordered from their website to have a bouquet delivered to Davie for a friend’s birthday. The delivery was fast. My friend is thrilled—the flowers are beautiful. I saw the photo, and it looks even better than it did on the website. Thank you !
